THIS IS HOW
Grupo Familia had to train its sales force throughout the country, with many different sales offices, but due to the pandemic they were limited, so they decided to find a platform that had different spaces/scenarios so that they could develop the "Training Route".
How did we did it?
Penta Marketing through its PENTA COSMOS offered them different scenarios/venues so that they could develop these trainings. This together with the creation of each of the avatars made it a successful immersive experience. More than 120 people were connected receiving training in Sales Force and in each station of the platform they learned something different through different tools and activities on the platform generating interaction between the different teams.
